A huge thank you to everyone who has bought a suspended veg bag or a veg bag with donation with your order! Your recent donations have allowed us to more than double the number of veg bags we're able to give away at the moment.
For the past couple of months we've been taking these to the Salvation Army in Plymouth each week, who are so grateful for the extra fresh vegetables and fruit as they continue to cook up nutritious meals for their residents. Our bags reach them in plenty of time to use in their Sunday roasts, and last week's box of plums made both a crumble and a cake too!
Throughout the year, your donations help a number of other local organisations including the Plymouth Soup Run and Corner Soup, along with local families in need.
